I recently stayed at Pilo for a few nights and I can honestly say it's the best hostel I've been to. The building itself is beautiful, with functional and comfortable areas. The bar, cafe, and restaurant seating area have a stylish and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are clean, well-lit, and spacious enough for a group. The bathrooms are well-equipped and have everything you need. The staff are super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff, vibrant atmosphere, and great location near attractions and nightlife. The hostel offers its own food, which is convenient, and provides vegan-friendly toiletries. The barista, Jordan, was incredibly kind and the other travelers were friendly as well.
The sleepboxes lacked airflow, which made the experience uncomfortable. The double room was overpriced for what it offered, lacking basic amenities like a TV and mini fridge.

Clean, modern hostel with a stylish design. The main floor bar/cafe is a fantastic place to hang out and work during the day, and it's great to see locals enjoying the atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The public kitchen is a nice touch, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The location is ideal, surrounded by excellent restaurants. The shower is spacious and comfortable. The hostel offers a good amount of ensuite toilet/shower rooms. The availability of a curtain for privacy is appreciated.
The dorm beds are poorly designed, leading to discomfort and difficulty sleeping due to the excessive heat in the rooms. The lack of air openings in the bed pods makes it challenging to get enough ventilation, and the LED lights in the dorm room can be distracting at night.

Convenient location with easy access to attractions and amenities. Stylish bar, cafe, and restaurant areas that created a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. - the option to purchase coffee and pastries without having to buy the breakfast buffet.
The beds/capsules were small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit up or get in and out. The uphill location could pose challenges with accessibility issues.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to tourist attractions made exploring the city easy. the main floor of the hotel, which served as a bar and cafe during the day, provided a vibrant and bustling atmosphere. It was a fantastic spot to relax or work remotely, especially with the number of locals who frequented the bar.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the design of the dorm beds. the lack of air openings made the rooms incredibly hot, making it difficult for many guests to sleep comfortably.
